We will encourage industry authorities and leading enterprises to set up r&d centers in pilot areas, and support the active declaration of national, provincial or municipal scientific and technological innovation bases in pilot areas.
(3) encourage enterprises in pilot areas to declare high-tech enterprises and support the establishment of a strategic alliance for industrial technological innovation.
Ministry of industry and information technology
We will support the construction of specialized public service platforms for industrial clusters and small and medium-sized enterprises in the pilot areas, which are eligible for the national small and medium-sized enterprise public service demonstration platform.

We encourage local government to support projects that meet the conditions in the pilot areas through lottery.

Support pilot areas of institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes in biomedical materials, bionics, robotics, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, in the field of rehabilitation medicine and related basic research and scientific frontier to explore.
23. Chinese medicine bureau
We support the development and production of rehabilitation AIDS with independent intellectual property rights, effective curative effect and outstanding TCM characteristics.
